Wet scrubbers and chemical scrubbers are one of the primary devices that control gaseous emissions, especially acidic gases. There are several methods to remove toxic, or corrosive compounds from exhaust gasses and neutralise it, but a wet/chemical scrubber always seem to be the cheaper option and with the choice of industrial plastics available to us, there is no need for those expensive exotic metals, as most scrubbers can be built using some of the most available plastic polymers.

The primary operation of an enclosure is to reduce operator exposure increasing safety in any application, they also offer protection to expensive equipment from leaks which could occur from surrounding plant, or just simply protection required from the outdoor elements. Units can be manufactured to store simple chemical carboys, to complex dosing systems, filling booths and sometimes enclosures that are used for machinery protection. Thermoplastic tanks offer virtually unlimited options for storing various media.

We offer fully designed ventilation systems, including workshop fabrication and installation of specialised complex plastic ductwork projects through to the simple installation of a single duct system for a fume cupboard. The manufacture of specialised adaptors to suit these obscure sizes can be fabricated using material such as Polypropylene, PPs, PVC and HDPE. These off the shelf materials are used for materials of construction, due to their high corrosion resistance and their stability over a wide range of temperatures.

Machine guards are generally for safeguards that can be used to protect workers and personnel in the immediate vicinity of machinery. These are physical barriers that prevent contact with any moving parts. They can be fixed, interlocked, adjustable, or self-adjusting. From our experience when the mesh type guards are not enough, or up to the UK’s stringent standards, we are able to offer an alternative material such as clear Polycarbonate or Acrylic. Acrylic guards look exceptional with their polished edges if you are exhibiting your product.

Pipe-work is essential for transporting various fluids, including corrosive acids and potable water. Designing these systems requires expertise and support from reliable suppliers. We consider factors like normal operations, start-up, expansion, contraction, shut down, and process disruption. Our installations utilize cutting-edge welding equipment and thermoplastics like PVC, ABS, Polypropylene, HDPE, and PVDF. These materials offer excellent corrosion resistance and stability across temperature ranges. We can install piping systems on prefabricated skids or navigate challenging routes on-site.
